bridge measurement controller / logger
The featured bridge measurement controller was designed for high resolution
measurements on measurement bridges at low to medium speeds.
Its properties :
- pcb size is 45 x 89 mm
- single supply is 5.5 to 12V DC 10mA or less depending on speed
- internal precision reference 2.50V, 25ppm/K, supplies up too 5mA for the measurement
- lowpower AVRMega32 cpu at 4MHz
- serial interface RS232 or RS422, jumper selectable
- replaceable 2032 Lithium battery keeps 32kHz clock DS1302 running
while not powered.
- 16MBit Flash adds logger functionality for long term standalone measurements
- three differential measurement channels with 24bit resolution (AD7799)
in addition to the reference channel
- measurement speeds are selectable between 4 and 500Hz
- comprehensive, easy to use Windows user interface
- open commandset
thinkable configurations
Having 2.5V as bridge supply, three differential measurement channels plus the
reference channel on the connector, many configurations are thinkable as long as
all signals lie within the 2.5 Volts supplied.
